Important Notes for Families:

• Limited counseling services that differ from those provided during the school year will be available during summer enrichment programs.
• Parents/guardians may be required to collect students in some circumstances. The school will attempt to minimize these requests.
• Due to commitments to tutors and providers and in some cases equipment costs, we regret that there will be no refunds for missed classes and/or withdrawals from course(s) and cannot accommodate switching courses once a student is registered and payment is made.
• Bridges Summer Program offerings are delivered by both faculty and external providers. Where a program offered by external providers does not have enough students to run, families will be advised no later than 14 days before the start date. Refund policies are determined by the external providers, but Bridges will aim to support families to transfer to another program so that families have a place for their child/ren.
• Where a program is run internally by faculty, families will be notified no later than 7 days prior to the start date and Bridges will aim to support families to transfer to another program so that families have a place for their children.
• Please note that we are unable to accommodate in-class 1:1 supports at this time.

FOR NEW-TO-BRIDGES STUDENTS TAKING ON-CAMPUS COURSES:

Please fill out the following forms and return them to the course location front desk prior to camp starting. You may also email completed forms to Kevin Slee (kevin.slee@bridges.edu). Currently enrolled students need not fill out these forms:

•Emergency, Field Trip, Transportation, and Medication Forms
•Physician Prescription Authorization Form

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please note that any cancellations after Feb. 15 will be refunded at 50 percent, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations occuring after April 1.
