5. Liability and Damages:
- The Renter agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages, theft, or loss of the motorcycle during the rental period, regardless of fault or cause.
- The Renter acknowledges that the Owner is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of the motorcycle.
6. Insurance
- The Renter is responsible for obtaining and maintaining adequate insurance coverage for the motorcycle.
- Proof of insurance must be provided prior to the rental period.
7. Accidents and Incidents
- In the event of an accident, the Renter must immediately notify the Owner and provide a police report.
- The Renter is responsible for all repair costs, replacement costs, towing, and any associated expenses.
8. Indemnification:
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from the Renter's use of the motorcycle.
9. Return of Motorcycle:
- The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as it was rented, excluding normal wear and tear.
- Failure to return the motorcycle on the agreed date and time may result in additional charges.
10. Security Deposit:
The Security Deposit will be refunded within 3 days after the motorcycle is returned, provided there are no damages, repairs, or outstanding charges.
Acknowledgment and Agreement
By signing below, the Renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Renter accepts full responsibility for the motorcycle during the rental period and agrees to release the Owner from any liability.
