    In consideration of participating in the requested special event held at the Art Center of Corpus Christi properties, the undersigned agrees to:

    • Waive and release all claims against the Art Center of Corpus Christi, its staff, volunteers, and board members for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation.
    • Assume full responsibility for personal safety and property during the event.
    • Grant the Art Center permission to use photographs or recordings of the event featuring the participant.
