The ReUp Conference is held on TDCJ Prison Units and designed to inspire and empower up to 500 incarcerated women per conference date. While most conferences are two days, some units may opt for a one-day format. This volunteer opportunity is exclusively for passionate individuals who are committed to working with women in prison.
Eligibility Requirements:
You must not be on parole, probation, or have any pending legal charges.
A valid and current driver’s license or state ID number must be provided.

If you have never been to a prison unit, please familiarize yourself with the TDCJ dress code requirements, available at TDCJ Dress Code Information.
Volunteers are responsible for adhering to all prison regulations and guidelines.
Additional Details:
Travel and meals will be provided to volunteers.
This is a volunteer-based opportunity with no financial compensation.
