Camper payment Form

Camp Chris Williams Tuition:

Total Regular Camp Fees are $650 until May 1st. After May 1st a Late Registration Fee of $50 will apply.($700 total) Registration closes on July 3 or when camp is full. A minimum of $50 Deposit is required to hold your child's spot at camp. Accounts must be paid in full by July 3.

Alternatively, we can send you or your scholarship entity an invoice if you'd like.

Please let us know under "Special Instructions" below or send an email to treasurer@michdhh.org. Campers are not considered registered until the registration fee AND the registration form is completed.

All payments and all paperwork are due in full by July 15.
