Hometown Heroes Nomination Form

Mayor Raymond and the Borough Council look forward to honoring current and former residents who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces.
We invite community members to submit nominations for a Hometown Heroes Banner, which will be displayed along Gould Avenue. Eligible nominees include current or former residents of North Caldwell of at least five (5) years who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard, and Space Force. The nomination deadline is Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 5:00pm.

To nominate a veteran, please fill out this form and attach a photo of your veteran from their time in Active Service where it is requested below.
