I understand that a $150 deposit is due at booking and that deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to another service for rescheduled parties with at least 1 week notice.

I understand that parties canceled less than 48 hours prior to date of party will be charged for the full party price.

I understand that we are permitted to arrive 30 minutes prior to start time of party for set-up. Additional decorations and set-up should not take any longer than 20-30 minutes.

I understand that all parties must be vacated within 15 minutes of end time of party. I understand that we will be charged an additional $50 fee if we are within facility past 20 minutes of party end time, then each additional half hour.

I understand that the Party Room is available for the LAST 30 minutes of my party ONLY. Eating and drinking is limited to this time frame and children must remain in the party room. Children are not permitted on any gym equipment following the Party Room. Guests must make their way to cubbies for shoes at end of party.

I understand that if food or drink is consumed prior to the time of Party Room and equipment is damaged or needs cleaning, there will be a cleaning fee of $25.
