Children aged 12-15 are required to have parent/guardian permission to be issued a membership card and use the facilities unsupervised.

Members between the ages of 12-15 are permitted to bring up to 2 guests into the park, providing these guests are 12 years of age or older. Members between the ages of 12-15 are not permitted to take out boating equipment.

By signing this form, I permit my child to be issued a membership card allowing them to enter the facility unsupervised and with up to 2 guests (who are over the age of 12).I understand that any action or behaviour that does not comply with the MLRA rules and policies by my child or their guests, may result in suspension.I acknowledge that MLRA is not responsible for my child or their guests, including any personal injury incurred during their visit to the facility.I acknowledge that MLRA facility and park is use at your own risk.I agree to review MLRA rules, policies, and procedures, with my child.
