Video Editing Service Overview
1. How It Works
Once you submit your footage, our skilled team will begin editing right away. If you encounter any issues while uploading your footage, don’t worry—just reach out to us, and we’ll assist you in finding an alternative submission method that works for you.
2. Payment
After submitting your footage, you’ll receive a digital invoice from us. You can choose to:
- Pay in full upfront
- Pay a 50% deposit (Once your video is complete, we’ll notify you. If you opt for the deposit, the remaining 50% must be paid before we deliver the finalized video).
Your satisfaction is our top priority! If, for any reason, you are not happy with the final edit, we’ll offer a free re-edit with the changes you request or provide a full refund—guaranteed.
3. A Friendly Reminder
While we excel at editing, the quality of the final video also depends on the footage you provide. We’ll always do our best to maximize your video’s potential and deliver top-notch results. However, please note that we currently do not offer filming services, so the responsibility for footage quality rests with you.
