• Photography Services Liability Waiver and Policies

  •  Weather Policy

    • Outdoor sessions will not take place in rain, snow, temperatures below 30°F, or above 90°F. If this occurs, the Photographer will work with you to reschedule.

    Payment Terms

    • A deposit of $10–$200 is required upon booking. This deposit secures your session and will be applied to the total cost.

    • The remaining balance is due at the beginning of the session.

    • If you need to cancel, please do so 12–24 hours prior to your session to avoid additional fees. The deposit will be retained as a credit toward a future session if you’d like to reschedule.

    • Cancellations made on the day of the session are considered final, and no refunds or credits will be issued. Last-minute cancellations affect both the Photographer’s schedule and other clients who may have wanted that time slot.

    Travel Fee

    • A travel fee of $0.67 per mile will apply if the location is further than 30 minutes from Winston-Salem, NC. This fee will be calculated based on the round-trip distance.

    Photo Release

    • Photos will be delivered within 3–4 days after the session date.

    • You will receive high-resolution, edited images as agreed upon during booking.

    Cancellation and Late Fees

    • A $20 cancellation fee applies to cancellations made the day of the session.

    • Cancel 12–24 hours before the session to avoid fees.

    • A $5 late fee will apply for every 5 minutes you are late.

      Studio Sessions

    • Studio sessions are available upon request. Studio deposit fees will apply based on the studio used.

    Equipment Liability

    • The Photographer is not responsible for equipment malfunctions or technical issues. If damage occurs due to the Client or their guests, the Client is responsible for repair or replacement costs.

    Personal Injury and Personal Property Damage

    • The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the session. {This includes but not limited to: Cell Phones, Tablets, iPads, Personal jewelry, Clothes etc.}

    Photo Loss or Damage

    • In the rare event of data loss, the Photographer will refund deposits but is not liable for other damages.
