spring 2025 Registration Form
The first phase of registration lasts through midnight of Sunday, February 2. We will make the class rosters and notify families of class assignments on Monday, February 3. If open spots remain, you can still fill out registration forms up to Sunday, February 16, and the remaining spots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that you will have to fill out a separate registration form and waiver for each student.

Section Preferences
Below are the section choices for Spring 2025. Please note the level and dates before finalizing your choices.
- Middle School Level A1 (IN-PERSON) 11:15 AM-12:15 PM (Saturdays Feb 8, Feb 22, Mar 8, Mar 22, Apr 5, Apr 19)
- Middle School Level A2 (IN-PERSON) 2:30-3:30 PM (Saturdays Feb 15, Mar 1, Mar 15, Mar 29, Apr 12, Apr 26)
- Middle School Level B1 (IN-PERSON) 10-11 AM (Saturdays Feb 8, Feb 22, Mar 8, Mar 22, Apr 5, Apr 19)
- Middle School Level B2 (IN-PERSON) 1-2 PM (Saturdays Feb 15, Mar 1, Mar 15, Mar 29, Apr 12, Apr 26)
- High School Level A (IN-PERSON) 2:30-3:45 PM (Saturdays Feb 8, Feb 22, Mar 8, Mar 22, Apr 5, Apr 19)

What Is Your FIRST Choice of Section?*
Our goal is for each student to participate in their first choice of section. However, these accommodations are subject to instructor availability, student demand, and participant grade and experience level.

We ask that you list a second choice of section in the event that the student is not assigned their first choice.

Note that if you select the same section for both your first and second choices, then your student may not be placed in any section whatsover in the event that we cannot accommodate that choice.

Waiver Forms
Student participants in Emory Math Circle are required to fill out a Waiver. A link to the waiver form is available here. (A new tab will open at the WaiverForever website)

Note: Some of you may have already filled out a waiver form for a prior Emory Math Circle semester. If you filled out the Emory Math Circle waiver form in Fall 2024, then you do not need to submit it again. If your waiver form is from before Fall 2024, however, then you must fill out the form for Spring 2025.

Optional: High School Teaching Assistants
High school students who wish to apply to be Teaching Assistants in the middle and high school classes, should fill out this form. (A new tab will open with a Google Form)
