Children must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services.for any reason you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify .I strive to provide the highest quality service and want you to love your hair. If you have any concerns regarding your color service, please contact within 7 days of original service and correction service needs to done with 14 days after that is a full service charge .Please be aware that we do not guarantee any services that are performed without a consultation or an appropriate finishing service.Returns: All merchandise returned within 7 days may be exchanged or a store credit will be applied to the guests account.
