College Fair Representative Registration
We LOVE that you are coming our way for our college fair that takes place during our annual Fine Arts Competition. This college fair is "by invitation only" in that institutions can only attend if GSACS has invited them to participate. This registration process provides for us your name and contact information and allows you to share with us categories that may interest you in helping us adjudicate at our fine arts competition. Please know that your time as a representative is more valuable than your time as a judge, so we will limit your judging time, especially if you are coming by yourself. We appreciate your investment of time, energy, and finances with our students. Dates for 2027 college fair is March 3-5. There is no cost to you in exchange for your help in judging at our fine arts event that is happening simultaneously but with designed times for students to visit your booths.

The lunch tickets can be picked up from the school office upon arrival. The menu is Teriyaki chicken rice bowl and brownie/cookie. Cost is $7/plate (but the host school is covering your meal cost).

Volunteer Judge Information
To make our Fine Art's Competition successful, we need a host of volunteer judges in each category. Your help in adjudicating a category would be helpful to us. At GSACS, we operate on a volunteer basis with judges at our Fine Arts, which often means our own teachers and expert church members are assisting in judging. Your help brings in much welcome outside opinion and feedback for our students.

This event is a Fine Arts Competition. The expected code of conduct and dress code for students is listed below. We ask judges to be close to this compliance as much as is possible. At the same time, we understand if your choice of clothes is chosen to better represent your institution. We merely want to share the nature of the event with you.
There are a number of hotels to choose from. We have listed them for your convenience. The college fair location is at First Baptist Church, 2970 Santa Maria Way, Santa Maria, CA.
Shout Out Opportunities
Read below for two opportunities that we plan to do to make this college fair successful for your institutions.
We will be looping promotional videos of the institutions in attendance throughout the course of the competition. To include your institution's video, please submit it no later than February 10. The video should be no longer, and keep in mind that we would need the actual video or downloadable link to do the looping.

We will be running an incentive program during the event to draw students to your table. Later, using that incentive, we will do a drawing at the start of our awards ceremony to give away scholarship money and any gifts/merch that you wish to provide. Our combined efforts are what will make the college fair helpful and successful for students and institutions. Let us know if you plan to provide gift cards, scholarships, and/or merchandise from your institution for us to give away during this drawing. (Please note: You are also able to do your own kind of drawing at your table and hand off names/gifts to be announced during this giveaway time.)
