            • PLEASE NOTE: Polocrosse is a sport with inherent dangers and while every effort will be made to try and ensure your safety this cannot be guaranteed. Membership is accepted under that condition. By signing you are agreeing to abide by the club constitution for yourself (or your child) (a copy of this can be made available on request). In particular you are obliged to help at the club tournament.

              Photography: Images of members may be used from time to time for PR purposes. If you do not wish your photograph used please contact the club secretary to declare your withdrawal of consent.

              GDPR – Vikings Polocrosse take the privacy of our members data seriously and will only use your personal information for club administration purposes and for communicating with you about your membership. Only the committee members will be able to access your details. More information about how we look after your data can be found by emailing the secretary Paul Morton. As a UKPA-affiliated club we will provide your name, contact details and date of birth to the UKPA to administer your membership of the UKPA including your combined liability insurance cover. The UKPA will use your data to communicate with you about your membership. We will never share or sell your data without your prior permission.
