Deposit Required to Hold Your Summer Camp Spot
Just a quick reminder—your spot is not held until the deposit is paid, deposits are non-refundable. You have two payment options:

1️⃣ Pay the Early Bird rate today and get the discount ($150 total if paid in full by February 17).
2️⃣ Pay the $50 deposit now to hold your spot and then pay the remainder by February 17 to still receive the discount.

Regardless of which option you choose, the $50 deposit must be paid at sign-up or your spot will not be held.

Here’s the breakdown:
- Regular Price: $175
- Early Bird Discount (if paid in full by Feb 17): $150
- If you pay only the deposit now: The remaining balance due before Feb 17 would be $100.

While we are unable to administer medication, it is important for us to be aware of any medical conditions or medications your child takes in case of an emergency. This allows us to accommodate health needs, allergies, or medical conditions, creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone.If a section does not apply to your child, please write "N/A" so we know there are no concerns. For families enrolling multiple children, please provide health details individually, including each child’s name, so we can accurately address their unique needs.
