Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by June 11, 2025 to receive a refund of registration fees. Refunds will be made to the same credit card number that was used to pay for the initial registration. To receive a refund, a cancellation request must be made by June 11, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. eastern time, by emailing ALWD Conference Site Committee Co-Chair Hilary Reed (hsreed@Central.uh.edu). Registration fees are non-refundable after that date.
Hardship
If the conference registration fee poses a hardship that prevents you from attending the conference, you may be granted a fee waiver. If you’d like to request a waiver, please email ALWD Conference Site Committee Co-Chair Hilary Reed (hsreed@Central.uh.edu) or Joy Herr-Cardillo (jherrcar@arizona.edu).
