Booking Policy & Class Requirements
We are committed to the highest quality of training for all of our students; therefore, we schedule all "Live-Fire" qualifications in advance. Your range qualification is required to receive your certificate of completing for your course. When we schedule your "Live-Fire" qualification with the designated range, that time belongs to you and you deserve our undivided attention. Students MUST arrive 15-20 minutes early to get checked -in and set up.

We value our relationship with you and want to be fair. However, if you are unable to keep an appointment the following will apply:
- We require a 2-business day notice if you need to cancel
- $50 cancellation fee is required (the range reserves the private range for us. Cancelling last minute causes the range to lose time)
Please bring the following to your range day:

(failure to come prepared, your range time will be rescheduled to a later date)
- Eye & Ear Protection
- Firearms that you will be qualifying with
- Range Bag OR Firearm case
- 1 Magazine per firearm
- 50 Rounds of ammo (If your firearms are different calibers bring the specific calibers for each but divide it to equal 50 rounds total)
KEEP ALL FIREARMS EMPTY, MAGAZINES SEPERATED FROM FIREARM, NO AMMO PRELOADED, CLEAR CHAMBER OUT

Please wear:
- Long pants
- Closed toe shoes
- Long Sleeve top/sweater
- No midriff shirts (safety hazard when shooting due to ammo casings flying causes potential burns and unsafe situation)
- Dress comfortable, keep in mind range is outdoor and the weather is cold.
