  • Membership Obligations

    The Club runs with the voluntary support of its members. Please select at least one duty that you would be willing to help with.

    If you select more than one duty, you will be included in the rota where the need is greatest. Training will be offered where required. If you have difficulties with the voluntary duties please contact the Club to discuss where you may be able to help.

  • Declaration

  • Insurance

    All craft used and stored at the club must have third party insurance to the value of £3,000,000. This includes all dinghies, sailboards, canoes, kayaks and paddleboards. If you do not currently use or store craft at the club, please confirm you will insure any brought on the site in the future.

  • Data Protection

    The information you provide in this form will be used solely for dealing with you as a member of Haversham Sailing Club. The Club will store and save your data in accordance with its Data Privacy Policy which can be viewed Here..

  • Club Communications

    The club communicates with members by email for reasons of efficiency and economy.

  • Photography

    The club may arrange for photographs or videos to be taken of Club activities and published on our website or social media channels to promote the club.

    Consent may be withdrawn at any time, please contact the Membership Secretary

  • Children on site

    All children under sixteen must have parent/carer/sponsor supervision on site at all times including Saturday Youth Sessions.  Some formal courses may be exempt if they are supervised by an appropriate coach or instructor.
