2025 Information
Aurora School of Music's Orchestra and Chamber Music Camp is a two week collaborative music experience with the ASM Philharmonic Orchestra for students under the age of 18. This opportunity offers a two week Monday through Friday schedule with classes and professional orchestra training taught by our Resident Conductor, Yun Cao, and ASM faculty. This will be an exceptional resume building opportunity for dedicated music students!
Please note that this camp is open to everyone. We are thrilled to welcome you to our wonderful ASM community!

Each day, a meal and snack is provided, as well as water and juice boxes. We encourage students to bring a water bottle to refill.

ASM Philharmonic Orchestra and Chamber Music Camp:
- (week 1): Monday-Friday from 9am-3pm, June 9th-13th, 2025
- (week 2): Monday-Friday from 10am-2pm, June 16th-20th, 2025
- June 20th, 7:30pm: ASM Summer Gala featuring the ASM Philharmonic Orchestra and soloist with a pre-show at 6:30pm featuring the Orchestra Camp!
- Tuition of $495* covers:
  - Your daily meal and snacks
  - Conductor and faculty led sectionals
  - Orchestra rhythm training
  - Orchestra blending technique
  - Orchestra Composition project
  - Chamber Music project
  - Eartraining and theory classes
  - Percussion ensemble rhythym class
  - One complimentary ticket to our Summer Gala on June 20th
Note that if chosen to perform in the Summer Gala, you will be paid for your performance as this is a professional gig. Payment is decided based on a variety of factors, such as how many pieces you are performing in and your position in the orchestra.

NOT ALL WHO ATTEND ORCHESTRA AND CHAMBER MUSIC CAMP WILL PERFORM WITH THE ASM PHILHARMONIC ORCHESTRA at the ASM Summer Gala, however, EVERYONE IN THE CAMP WILL BE PERFORMING AT THE PRE SHOW FOR THE GALA! PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY.
