Agreement

This Agreement is made and entered into by the Sponsor and Liam Talivaa ("Liam Talivaa") on the date this form is signed. The terms outlined herein shall be upheld by both parties.

Term of Agreement

This Agreement becomes effective on the date specified by Liam Talivaa and will remain in effect until the termination date or until terminated earlier in accordance with the termination clause.

Scope of Services

Liam Talivaa agrees to provide services as part of the selected sponsorship package. The details of the sponsorship inclusions are outlined in the Sponsorship Summary Table and will be delivered according to the agreed terms.

Duration of Agreement

The Agreement is valid from the effective date provided in this form and will remain in effect until the termination date provided or until terminated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Payment and Deliverables

50% Upfront Payment: The Sponsor agrees to pay 50% of the total sponsorship amount upon signing this Agreement.
Remaining 50%: The remaining balance will be paid in equal monthly instalments, commencing halfway through the Agreement's duration.
Late Payments: Payments made later than 10 days after the due date will incur a 5% late fee per month for each overdue instalment.
Obligations

Liam Talivaa will actively and professionally promote the Sponsor’s brand across all agreed platforms and events, delivering all services outlined in the chosen sponsorship package.
The Sponsor agrees to provide all required branding materials (logos, marketing assets, etc.) promptly to enable the fulfilment of this Agreement.
Termination
This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days' written notice. Immediate termination is permitted if a party breaches the terms of this Agreement or engages in conduct detrimental to the reputation of the other party. Upon termination, unused funds will be refunded in line with the refund policy based on the stage of deliverables completed.

Intellectual Property

The Sponsor grants Liam Talivaa permission to use its trademarks, logos, and intellectual property strictly for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement.
Liam Talivaa grants the Sponsor permission to use his name, likeness, and associated materials for promotional purposes directly related to the sponsorship.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the sponsorship, except when disclosure is necessary to fulfil the obligations of this Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Liam Talivaa shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or costs incurred by the Sponsor outside of those explicitly agreed upon in this Agreement.

Sponsorship Behaviour

Abusive behaviour of any kind—whether physical, emotional, mental, or financial—will not be tolerated. If such behaviour occurs, Liam Talivaa reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately without a refund.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South Wales.

Entire Agreement
This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the Sponsor and Liam Talivaa, superseding all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements.

Information Collection

Liam Talivaa is supplying products and services, managing transactions, and engaging with clients and customers are integral aspects of our operations. The personal information we gather encompasses names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment details.

Personal information is obtained through our website, the utilisation of our products and services, and direct interactions with clients and customers. Additionally, we might acquire personal information from external sources like public databases or social media platforms. 

Information Use

Liam Talivaa uses personal information for the following purposes:

Providing products and services
Processing payments
Communicating with clients and customers
Improving our products and services
Customising our offerings
Sending promotional materials
Conducting market research

Information Sharing

Liam Talivaa keeps personal information for the duration necessary to deliver products and services or as mandated by legal requirements.

Clients and customers may access and update their personal information by contacting Liam Talivaa. We will respond to these requests in a timely manner and take appropriate steps to update personal information.
