     2025 ASHA of NJ FAMILY MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION

    Membership Application securely processed through JotForm and PayPal.


    For parents and children under age 18 (as of Jan. 1 of the membership year), and dependents aged 18-24 enrolled in school as full-time students. 1-Year cost is $21.19 for first family member plus $16.01 for each additional family member, with a cap of $52.24 per family; 3-year costs are $57.91 for first member plus $47.06 for each additional with a cap of $150.55 per family. All membership costs include PayPal processing fees.

    By joining the ASHA of NJ, members thereby become subject to the Rules & Bylaws of the Association then in force or those later adopted.

  • Membership is required to participate in our High Point Awards Program.  If you want to be considered for High Point Awards, please make sure you nominate your horse or in the event of an equitation or academy rider, please nominate yourself.


    FOR YOUR INFORMATION

    Upon application and payment of annual dues, membership shall be granted to eligible persons in good standing and of good character who are interested in furthering the purpose of this organization. (Bylaws, III,1.)

    • Annual membership begins on January 1st and ends on December 31st.
    • Annual dues are payable with application by January 1st of each year.  Members that have not renewed as of March 1st shall be stricken from the official membership roster and shall cease to be members until such time as they renew.
    • Membership cards are not issued.
    • Regular meetings and Board meetings are open to all members.
    • The Rules in force and Bylaws are published annually in the official ASHA of NJ Directory

    To be eligible for annual awards, your horse(s) must be nominated with the ASHA of NJ for the current year and its owner/lessor (or lessee) and rider must be a member in good standing. If you wish to obtain points toward the ASHBA State Pleasure Horse Awards or our Year-End Awards, complete the form below. POINTS CANNOT BE COUNTED UNLESS THE HORSE AND/OR RIDER IS PROPERLY ENROLLED. The complete set of Rules and Qualifying Horse Shows will be published in the Annual Directory and is available at ashanj.net.

  • EQUITATION & ACADEMY RIDER NOMINATION - Complete for Rider Eligibility

    Equitation & Academy Riders must be members and nominated each year in order to compete for Equitation & Academy awards. The complete set of Rules and Qualifying Horse Shows will be published in the Annual Directory and is available at ashanj.net.
