    The "FRESH" Hotel is Helios Hotel, Carrer de la Caravel·la, 7, Platja de Palma, 07610 Can Pastilla, Majorca, Spain. All packages include half board - buffet breakfast and buffet dinner (drinks excluded at dinner), excluding VAT tax, €0,55 per person per night.

    2 Nights, 3 Days (Friday - Sunday)

    •Friday Field Access: Play on turf fields from 1 PM - 6 PM.

     


    3 Nights, 4 Days (Friday - Monday)

    •Includes everything in the 2-Night Stay.

    •Monday Field Access: Fields open at 1 PM.

    •Enjoy tournament afterparty on Sunday night.

     


    4 Nights, 5 Days (Friday - Tuesday)

    •Includes everything in the 3-Night Stay.

    •Tuesday Field Access: A full day of turf field access.

    •Enjoy tournament afterparty on Sunday night.

     


    Special 4 Nights, 5 Days Option (Thursday - Monday)

    •Thursday Afternoon Training: Start with training and pick-up games from 2:30 PM.

    •Friday Field Access: Fields open from 1 PM - 6 PM.

    •Enjoy tournament afterparty on Sunday night.

     


    Weekend Tournament (Separate Occasion)

    •Participation in the FRESH weekend tournament is optional and requires separate registration - here is the link.

  • Note - you can only book for two people, since the rooms are double occupancy. If your dates and your teammates/friends vary, you can book individually and then wait for a confirmation once other solo traveler books. Single occupancy is significantly more expensive

    flights, tourist tax €0,55 per day per person (to be paid upon arrival), travel insurance and drinks at dinner.

  • Cancellation by the customer for Mini-FRESH and Tournament Nights (02.03.2025 – 14.03.2025)

    Sign-Ups Until 31.01.2025

    •7-Day Full Refund Guarantee: If you sign up before 31.01.2025, you have 7 days to change your plans and receive a full refund.

     
    Sign-Ups After 01.02.2025

    •Automatic 25% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations for registrations made after 01.02.2025 will automatically incur a 25% cancellation fee.

     
    Cancellation Fees by Date

     
    If you cancel your package, the following cancellation fees apply:

    •01.02.2025 – 12.02.2025: 25% of the total package price.

    •13.02.2025 – 20.02.2025: 50% of the total package price.

    •21.02.2025 and later: 100% of the total package price (no refund).
