Volunteer Opportunity Descriptions
1. Set-Up & Clean-Up Crew
Help us create a welcoming and organized space for our community!
Volunteers assist with setting up tables, chairs, signage, and supplies before the event begins, and help with breaking down, cleaning up, and restoring the area afterward. A great fit for those who enjoy behind-the-scenes support and don’t mind a little lifting and movement.
2. Arts & Crafts Leader
Encourage creativity and connection through hands-on fun!
Lead or assist with simple craft activities for children and families. Volunteers help set up the materials, guide participants through the project, and foster a positive, encouraging environment. No special skills required—just a cheerful attitude and love for engaging with others!
3. Activity Station Volunteer
Bring energy and fun to our event activities!
Whether it's games, story time, or interactive learning stations, activity station volunteers help manage the flow, explain rules, and ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable experience. Ideal for those who enjoy working with kids and engaging with families.
4. Food & Snack Pre-Prep / Server
Help nourish our community through food and kindness!
Volunteers may help pre-package snacks or simple meals before the event, or assist with food distribution during the event. Great for those who enjoy kitchen tasks or connecting with guests while serving with a smile.
