Essential Information required for completing this form
1. Please note you cannot save a partially completed form and you CANNOT edit the form once it's submitted.
2. Your completed form details will be emailed back to you automatically for reference.
3. The successful candidate will need Public Liability Insurance cover of at least two million pounds (failure to have this will mean you cannot exhibit) this will need to be in place by 31 May 2025.
4. You will need to upload 6 high resolution .jpgs of your work. Images should be saved as .jpgs at 300 dpi.
5. You will need a copy of your CV to upload.
6. An artist's statement (no more than 200 words).

11 April - Successful candidate will be notified by email
1 August - set up day
2-9 August - Festival dates, you must be available in person to manage your exhibition.
