This event will be held within the PWRBLD Gym and spectators will need to purchase a ticket to enter the event (lifters will not).

Eligibility: Eligibility: Any male or female 13 years or older. Lifters must be current NPL members. Good for one year from the date of purchase. Must purchase online before the contest.

 

This is a non-tested meet. State and National records can be set.

  

Divisions: Open, Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23, Sub-master 35-39, Master 40-44, 45-49, etc

Men’s' Weight Classes: 52.0 kg, 56.0 kg, 60.0 kg, 67.5 kg, 75.0 kg, 82.5 kg, 90.0
kg 100.0 kg, 110.0 kg, 125.0 kg, 140.0 kg, 140.1+kg

Women’s' Weight Classes: 44.0 kg, 48.0 kg, 52.0 kg, 56.0 kg, 60.0 kg, 67.5 kg,
75.0 kg, 82.5 kg, 90.0 kg, 100 kg, 110 kg, 110+ kg

 

Rules: One-piece singlet must be worn, as a minimum for all lifters., jockstrap. No compression shorts or spandex allowed.

Raw Sleaves: requires a one-piece singlet, and allows 4 inch wide buckle or lever belt (No velcro belts or padding on the inside of the belt), wrist wraps can be up to 1 meter, and single layer knee sleeves. Over the calf long socks are required for the deadlift for all lifters.

Raw Warps: Is raw except it allows up to 2.5 meter kneewraps for the squat.

Single Ply rules: Single-Ply squat, bench, and deadlift suits only! No velcro straps on the squat/deadlift suit. Velcro is allowed on the bench shirt, but must close the back completely- no open back shirts. No velcro straps allowed on squat or deadlift suit. No support briefs allowed in single ply.

Multi Ply rules: Multi-Ply division allows multi-ply squat, bench shirts and deadlift suits along with open back shirts and Velcro straps for the DL suit. Mono lift will not be used. Multi Ply lifter must walk out of an ER Rack.

 A 30kg bar and collar set will be used for all squat and a 25kg bar and collar set will be used for bench and deadlift. All bars are Texas Power Bars

Schedule:

Early Weigh in/Gear Check - Friday 7/18,  9:00AM-11:00AM and 4:00PM-6:00PM at the meet venue

Rules Briefing/Warm Ups: Saturday, 8AM

Lifting Begins: Saturday, 9AM

Awards: After Last Deadlift

 

Open: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class
Junior 13-15, 16-17, 18-19, 20-23: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Submaster 35-39: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group
Master 40-44, 45-49, etc.: 1st - 3rd place in each weight class/age group

Best Lifter: Any Division with 5+ lifters will receive a certificate and $50.

Entry Fee: $150per lifter, add $45 if entering additional division (Open + Juniors = 2 awards)

At all time entries are non transferable to any future events under any circumstances. There is no refund on t-shirts orders at anytime.
