Hi ::) Thank you for your interest in booking with me. Please fill out this Booking Form to submit for a tattoo appointment.

All bookings will be responded to via Email, please keep an eye out.

Please fill this in with as much detail as possible. This will help me understand your vision as best as possible.

All tattoos are done Freehanded.

All Deposits are non-refundable and will confirm your bookings.

General Information + Disclaimer

FREEHAND

I currently do ONLY freehand tattoos. (Unless specified)

This means I will draw the design and work with you (the client) on the day. The designs will be drawn directly onto you. This is a step by step process, making us work together to create the perfect tattoo for YOU.

All the drawings I post can be recreated but it won’t be a 1-1 copy. These drawings and design are for you to see what I can / want to tattoo. We can mix and match things together. Please use my drawings as references for the tattoo you want to get with ME.

DO NOT COPY my drawings/tattoos. All drawings/tattoos designs are owned by me, do not use, recreate or reproduce without my permission

There will be No design sent to you before the date. Since we will work together on it during our session.

If you’re unhappy/unsure with the design, placement etc please let me know. I’m more than happy to redraw anything, I want to make sure you’re happy with the design before we tattoo it on you ::)

PLEASE make sure you are on-time to the appointment to allow us to have as much time as possible to create the best tattoo for you

Deposit

I will not ask for your DEPOSIT through instagram. Deposits are requested only when we have confirmed your date and design idea.

The deposit will go towards the final cost of your tattoo.

The deposit under ANY circumstances is non-refundable. I am happy to reschedule if you can't make it to the original booking date with at least 1 FULL WEEK (7 Days) Notice from you. (more in terms and conditions)

Payment

Payments Methods I accept are Paypal or Bank Transfer for your Deposit.
The remainder can also be paid via Cash on the day.

The studio does not have a Cash Machine so please come prepared if you are choosing to pay with cash.

Cancellations/Rescheduling:
-In the case of a rescheduling, this can be arranged with at least 1 FULL WEEK (7 Days) notice from the appointment date. Rescheduling within 1 Full Week notice will forfeit the original deposit. Requiring a new deposit to secure the new/rescheduled date.
-Your deposit is applicable for only ONE rescheduling (with at least 1 Full Week notice). In the case of a second rescheduling the original deposit is forfeited, requiring a new deposit to secure the new/rescheduled date.

Deposit:
-The deposit under ANY circumstances is non-refundable.

No Shows / Late:
Being late by 30 Minutes is considered a No Show. This will immediately forfeit your Original deposit and you would require a new deposit to secure the next booking.

Freehand:
Please make sure you have read all the disclaimer and information regarding Freehand Tattoos above. No design will be sent prior to the appointment.
