While we are unable to administer medication, it is important for us to be aware of any medical conditions or medications your child takes in case of an emergency. This allows us to accommodate health needs, allergies, or medical conditions, creating a safe and supportive environment for everyone. If a section does not apply to your child, please write "N/A" so we know there are no concerns. For families enrolling multiple children, please provide health details individually, including each child’s name, so we can accurately address their unique needs.

Payment Options Camp Cost:
Deposit Required to Hold Your Summer Camp Spot
Just a quick reminder—your spot is not held until the deposit is paid. You have two payment options:

1️⃣ Pay the Early Bird rate today and get the discount ($110 total if paid in full by February 17).
2️⃣ Pay the $50 deposit now to hold your spot and then pay the remainder by February 17 to still receive the discount.

Regardless of which option you choose, the $50 deposit must be paid at sign-up or your spot will not be held.

Here’s the breakdown:

✔ Regular Price: $125
✔ Early Bird Discount (if paid in full by Feb 17): $110
✔ Deposit Required at Registration: $50
✔ Remaining Balance if Paying Only the Deposit (Before Feb 17): $60
✔ If Paying After Feb 17: The full price of $125 will be due, and the $15 Early Bird Discount will no longer apply.
✔ Balance Payment Link: A payment link will be sent to you, giving you the option to pay early or by the due date.
