  • 2025 MCA Code of Conduct

  • This Code of Conduct is created to promote good behavior, instill values, and foster a culture that contributes to and maintains a positive environment within the Mississippi Coding Academies and the surrounding community. It operates under the principle that a coder’s conduct reflects their quality of work as well as their commitment to ethical business practices. We are fully dedicated to delivering the highest quality of work within the organization, with our affiliates and partners, and to our customers and other stakeholders. Additionally, it is essential to demonstrate respect for others at all times to strengthen our foundation and unity as a single team working toward shared goals.

Please read this Code carefully to understand the values required by the Academy. We encourage you to internalize these principles and apply them passionately in your daily work to exemplify and uphold the best values outlined in this Code.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

  • Dress Code

  • While MCA does not enforce a formal dress code, we encourage you to dress professionally, as visitors, potential employers, and evaluators may visit the campus unexpectedly. First impressions matter. Please avoid wearing the following:

Clothing with excessive holes or stains:

    - Swimwear

    - Sweatpants

    - Slippers or open-back sandals

    - Pajamas (tops or bottoms)

    - Exposed underwear

    - Shorts

    - T-shirts featuring offensive or inappropriate language or graphics.

Friday is Business Professional Day. On Fridays, you must dress as if you were attending a job interview, an official meeting, or a formal presentation. Think about how you would dress for a wedding, church, or formal event.
