     This form is to be used for the Pre-Event entry of a SINGLE dog for the {hostclub} {venue_type} test. Each dog can sign up for one or two runs per day, space permitting.

    Dog Information:

    It is essential that the correct Dog Owner/Handler information is entered including the valid AKC registration number for the dog and a valid email address. It is YOUR responsibility that all information entered is correct for any points to be awarded. --- CHECK YOUR DOGS AKC# !

    Registration Type:

    This is an AKC test event and as such an AKC dog registration is required. Other AKC recognized registration types such as PAL, Canine Partner, and Foreign Registrations are accepted but the number provided must be be recognized by the AKC for points to be awarded

    Note: This form is not to be used for "Fun Runs" or "Puppy Runs"

    Time Blocks:

    Time Block Selections can now optionally be made during the event entry registration process using this entry form. If you need to change or add a Time Block after you have submitted your entry, you will need to contact the Trial Secretary.  

     NEW: Prefilled Information:

    This entry form now will look up and use your last signup information from previous 2023 & 2024 Speed Dog events based on your dog's Registration number. This is a new feature being tested so check the information closely. If a field is wrong, simply overwrite it and enter the new or corrected information for this event.
