Vet Together will host one person from each qualifying hospital. Additional attendees are welcome at their own expense and must email Hospitals@VetTogether.com to register and pay the $500 guest fee. To be considered as a Hosted-Hospital (with flight and hotel provided), the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Candidates will have a meaningful role in the decision-making process for purchasing decisions within the hospital.
• The clinic you represent should either be a 2+ doctor practice, be in the process of expanding, or be opening a new facility.
• If approved, you agree to participate in 25-30 appointments with qualified vendors over the three-day duration of Vet Together.

Upon completing this form, your credit card will be charged a $300 commitment fee. If your application is not accepted for any reason, the fee will be fully refunded. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until the commitment fee has been successfully processed.

Once your flight and/or hotel arrangements are confirmed, the commitment fee becomes non-refundable.
