Submit Your Artwork
Let’s get your logo or design ready for production.
Why Artwork Quality Matters
Every project starts with your artwork. The quality and format of your file determine how clean, crisp, and accurate your final product will look. Upload the highest quality version of your logo to ensure your final results are sharp and professional.
Accepted File Types
- Best options: .ai, .eps, .svg, .pdf (with vector artwork)
- Also accepted: .png (300 DPI minimum)
- Not accepted for production: .jpg, .jpeg, screenshots, or photos of logos (JPEGs can be used for visual reference only)
Vector vs. Digitized Files
Many people think these are the same, but they’re used for completely different purposes.
Vector File (for Printing, UV, Laser, and DTF):
Built using scalable shapes instead of pixels. This allows us to resize your design without losing quality — perfect for printing or engraving. Typical vector files include .ai, .eps, .svg, or .pdf (with embedded vector artwork).
Digitized File (for Embroidery):
A digitized file isn’t typical logo file — it’s a stitch map that tells the embroidery machine exactly where to sew. It contains data like stitch type, direction, and density. Common formats include .dst, .emb, or .tbf.
Example: If you’re ordering embroidered hats and printed banners, you’ll need both file types:
- The embroidery machine needs a digitized stitch file.
- The printer needs a vector file for clean printing.
