Booth space location selections: Booth spaces are filled on a first come-first served basis. You will be contacted and provided with a booth map so that you can choose your booth space in the order your registration is received.

Every effort will be made to try and ensure that your booth does not end up next to or across the aisle from the competitors that you list below. There are NO guarantees your request will be accomodated. The Tuesday Evening Ice Breaker will provide appetizers, beer & wine from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M. The Wednesday Evening Social will provide beer & wine from 5:00 P.M. to 6:30 P.M, prior to the Banquet.

REFUND POLICY: A refund of the total registration cost, LESS a $25.00 processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received on or before March 25, 2025. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 25, 2025. Please contact Robin Matthews-Barnes with any questions regarding this policy.

The host hotel for the 2025 Joint Conference is the Billings Hotel & Convention Center. A block of rooms has been set aside with a special rate for Conference Exhibitors & Attendees. The is block expires on April 6, 2025. To make a reservation, please call the Billings Hotel & Convention Center directly at 406-248-7151.
