ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sandstone office -- including staff supervision, client care coordination, compliance, and business development. This role ensures that our branch delivers outstanding service, meets regulatory requirements, and operates efficiently and compassionately.
PAY: $17 - 20 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead & supervise branch staff to achieve operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development and increase sales performance.
- Monitor branch performance metrics, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
- Collaborate with others to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge in sales techniques and customer service.
- Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
