  • ABOUT THIS ROLE
    We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) at flex / PRN / part-time hours. This person will be responsible for reviewing patient assessments, documenting individual care plans, overseeing and educating direct care staff, collaborating with healthcare team when necessary and timely documentation.

    PAY: $28 / hour

    Qualifications:

    • Active RN license in the state of Minnesota
    • Valid CPR Certification
    • Ability to work independently and in a team
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Experience in home care is a plus

    Applicants must:

    • Show competence in using electronic documentation & communication systems
    • Have strong organizational & time management abilities


    Responsibilities:

    • Assess and monitor patients’ health status, including vital signs and symptoms.
    • Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
    • Properly orient and train primary caregivers to ensure the most optimal functioning level for each client.
    • Coordinate the continuum of hands-on client care through documentation and timely communication with other providers, case managers, and care team.
    • Maintain accurate patient records
    • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality.
  • ABOUT THIS ROLE
    The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sandstone office -- including staff supervision, client care coordination, compliance, and business development. This role ensures that our branch delivers outstanding service, meets regulatory requirements, and operates efficiently and compassionately.

    PAY: $17 - 20 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead & supervise branch staff to achieve operational excellence and foster a positive work environment.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business development and increase sales performance.
    • Monitor branch performance metrics, including profit loss statements, to identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
    • Collaborate with others to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Conduct regular training sessions for staff to improve skills and knowledge in sales techniques and customer service.
    • Build strong relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
    • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent project management abilities with a focus on process improvement.
    • Experience in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
    • Proficient in analyzing financial reports.
    • Exceptional communication skills -- both verbal and written.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
