    🟢CHILD MUST BE 4 YEARS OF AGE BY THE CAMP START DATE 🟢FULL SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES WILL ONLY BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO THE START OF EACH CAMP 🟢LUNCH IS INCLUDED FOR FULL DAY CAMP PARTICIPANTS (CHILD SELECTS FROM MENU) 🟢PLEASE BRING: WATER BOTTLE, HAT, SUNGLASSES/SUNBLOCK, SPARE CLOTHES, SNACKS 🟢SCHEDULE: A TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE WILL INCLUDE A MIXTURE OF TENNIS, MULTI-SPORTS GAMES, MARTIAL ARTS, DRAWING, FOREST SCHOOL, ART & CRAFT, SWIMMING & AQUATIC ACTIVITIES (when weather is suitable).

  • TERMS & CONDITIONS - Please read:

    1. Camps are for HLY members and their guests only.
    2. All members/guests must submit application form through JOTFORMS only.
    3. Camp confirmation will be sent to your e-mail. Any cancellation or withdrawal must be made within 24 hours upon receiving the camp confirmation and you may inform us by e-mail or call the Fitness Centre on 2657 8292.
    4. Lunch is provided for the Full Day camp option. Please bring along extra clothing, water bottle and light snacks.
    5. In case of bad weather, parents/guardians are required to contact the Gym Reception on 2657 8292, one hour prior to the camp, to enquire if the camp is canceled. The camp will continue indoors in the case of rain.
    6. There will be no camps in the event of typhoon signal No. 8 or Red/Black Rain Storm warning being hoisted.
    7. All children should be collected promptly after the camp has finished to ensure their safety.
    8. Parents can choose any week(s) or day(s).
    9. There will be no refund or make up for unattanded camp day for other reasons except for medical (doctor's note required) and cancellation to due bad weather.
    10. For a late cancellation or no show for a confirmed camp day, the full camp fee will be charged.
    11. For Club members, payment will be debited at the end of each month for camp days taken during that month. 
    12. For non-members, full payment must be made after receiving lessons confirmation and it can be made by cheque or bank transfer. Bank transfer details: HSBC 808-271852-001 or if paid by cheque, made payable to Hong Lok Yuen Country Club Ltd. Please e-mail the bank transaction receipt as payment proof to recreation@cchly.com and for ease of reference.

    By submitting this form, I agree that the relevant coaching fees will be charged to my Club account upon confirmation of my/my child's first lesson and understand the Cancellation/No Show policy as stated above.

    I also acknowledge that I/my child am/is taking part in this activity at my/their own risk, and that the Club and its staff/contractors are not liable for any injury/accident to me/my child, however caused.
