Welcome back Volunteers! Thank you again for giving up your time to assist us with the Beachy Head Marathon Events in 2025. If you've volunteered with us before, you'll know it is an incredibly unique & rewarding experience, giving you the chance to bring the event to life for our fantastic participants - whether you're marshalling the course, giving out medals to finishers, assisting in the food hall or water stations, there is a role for everyone!

Once all applications have been processed and positions allocated, a volunteers briefing will take place online via Microsoft Teams at 18:00 Monday the 20th of October 2025. A link to this meeting will be sent to all volunteers via email nearer the time. It is advisable to have the free Microsoft Teams application downloaded in advance to your PC/Laptop/Mobile or Tablet.

Your allocated volunteer position will be sent to you in an email.

Hoodie collection and volunteer packs will be distributed to all volunteers from the International Lawns Tennis Centre (Ground Floor) between 08:00 - 18:00 on Tuesday the 21st of October 2025.

If you are not local to Eastbourne, you can collect your volunteer pack on the day of the event. However, we advise collecting this on Tuesday if you are able.
