  • Position Responsibilities

    ​​​​​​Assist the Resort Manager of Jayasom Amaala, translate Jayasom’s strategy into actionable Guest Service programs, activities, and initiatives while ensuring the right structure and operational policies and procedures are in place. 
    ​Assist in managing all Guest Experiences and Guest Journey teams, ensuring the relevant operations meet company procedures, standards, and objectives. 
    ​Ensure the highest level of service is provided by actively building and strengthening guest relationships. 
    ​Strive to maximize resort occupancy and revenue through proper management and planning. 
    ​Ambassador of the company’s wellness and sustainability culture, promote its awareness amongst team members by leading by example and living a healthy and balanced lifestyle.​

    What we expect from you

    You hold a BSc/BA in Hospitality Management (preferred) or equivalent

    You have proven experience in a similar role, working with multicultural teams. Pre-opening experience is essential.

    Knowledge of front office, housekeeping, security, PBX and reservations departments. Luxury service standards experience and rooms control.

    You have demonstrated ability to build and motivate effective teams.
    Your skills in managing vision and purpose are tuned and in harmony with the organisation's values.

    You have excellent leadership and communication skills, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    Lastly, your personal values are aligned with Jayasom’s. You live a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
