Thank you for your interest in membership at Buck Hill Falls! We are pleased to share that 2025 was a successful year for our community, and we look forward to continuing that momentum in 2026.
Non-Resident Members may choose from three membership types—Individual, Couple, or Family—each designed to provide flexible access and the opportunity to fully enjoy our community. It is important to note that new Non-Resident members require sponsorship by a current Buck Hill Falls Cottager and are subject to a one-time $1,000 initiation fee. Returning Non-Resident members do not need a sponsor, and the initiation fee is waived. Please note that all Buck Hill Fall memberships include automatic re-enrollment for following seasons/years unless you resign (in writing) prior to April 1, 2027.

Our memberships span a full twelve-month period. Your membership provides access to dining, holiday celebrations, platform racquet sports, the fitness center, ice skating, cross-country skiing, sledding, and a variety of community events throughout the year. Please note that as a Legacy Member, certain amenities are not included in the annual membership rate. These include Camp Club enrollment, private lessons or instruction for any amenity, golf cart rentals, golf bag storage, pool locker rentals, Pennsylvania fishing licenses, guest fees, and other miscellaneous charges.
The Buck Hill Falls Company remains committed to investing in our amenities, sports programming, and technology to enhance the overall member experience. In support of this commitment, the Board may establish an annual membership assessment at the start of each fiscal year. The amount of this assessment is determined based on the capital projects and community investments identified and approved by the Board for that year. This assessment is applied in addition to the membership fees outlined above.
For the current fiscal year, the Board has approved two significant capital projects as the focus of the annual assessment. The first is the complete replacement of the irrigation system across the entire 27-hole golf course. The existing system is well beyond its useful life and can no longer be reliably repaired. This long-overdue project will ensure proper course conditions, improved water efficiency, and sustainable maintenance for years to come. The second is a comprehensive interior and exterior renovation of the Camp Club building. In partnership with the Youth Activities Committee, this project includes the expansion and modernization of the facility to better serve our families and enhance seasonal programming.
To fund these important improvements, the Board has approved a fixed assessment for all members for both this fiscal year and the following fiscal year. Each member’s assessment represents a proportionate share of the total dues base and reflects a measured contribution toward these long-term community
investments.
The assessment for this year is outlined below by membership type:
| Membership Type |
Assessment Fee |
| Individual |
$715 |
| Couple |
$1,075 |
| Family |
$1,320 |
