Non-Resident Membership

Greetings,

Thank you for your interest in a Non-Resident membership at Buck Hill Falls, we look forward to welcoming you to our community! We are proud to share that 2024 was such a successful year for all our members. When it comes to our amenities, we are elated to share what we accomplished! In golf, we expanded and improved our driving range, welcomed new cart paths, and added more competitive opportunities, along with high-tech professional instruction. Our racquet sports also expanded championships and programs across the board, and we only hope to continue to grow. When it comes to Lawn Bowling, we enjoyed a banner year with both traditional and new offerings for all ages. Our community partnerships brought vibrant new events and programs to Buck Hill. In our 2025 season, we look forward to you enjoying our refurbished Tennis courts #1-4 and interior upgrades in the Fairway Grille! In addition, we would like to include our Non-Resident members in our annual Community Directory. Enclosed is a form we will need returned prior to March 17th, 2025, if you would like to be included.

As a Non-Resident member, you have access to amenities, such as playing golf, racquet sports, and lawn bowling; partaking in community events; using our Olympic-sized swimming pool; using our Paiste Pond Chalet amenities; enjoying our dining options; enjoying fishing and hiking; and having a "member" status for tournament play. This membership does not include the fees for our summer Camp Club, private lessons or instruction, golf cart rental, golf bag storage, pool locker rental, PA fishing licenses, guest fees, and other separate charges.

There are three membership options for Non-Residents, please see below for types/fees:

Couple	$5,700	Two Adults (residing in the same home)
Family	$7,000	Two Adults & their children/grandchildren (age 26 or younger)

It is important to note that new Non-Resident members require sponsorship by a current Buck Hill Falls Cottager and are subject to a $1,000 initiation fee. Returning Non-Resident members do not need a sponsor, and the initiation fee is waived. Please note that all Buck Hill Fall memberships include automatic re-enrollment for following seasons/years unless you resign (in writing) prior to April 1, 2026. The rates below are subject to change and may vary based on the time of enrollment.

To become a Non-Resident Member at Buck Hill Falls, the following application must be completed. Once you submit your application, a member of our team will contact you to discuss the next steps.

Once you're enrolled and any/all charges related to your membership are remitted, your membership will begin April 1, 2025, and will encompass a full 12 months through March 31, 2026.

This Account is used for the purchase of Buck Hill Falls Company sporting fees, merchandise, food, and services.
