Darien Football Martin Pryor Scholarship Award

Martin Pryor Scholarship Award - Application deadline, Monday April 6th

In Memory of Martin Pryor who selflessly volunteered and supported the Darien Youth & High School Football Programs for over 20 years. The $2,000 scholarship is awarded to a graduating football player who has exemplified what it is to be a great teammate, a coachable player and a good citizen. Award winners have shown selfless dedication to their team and have represented themselves, their families and the program in a positive and productive manner on and off the field.

This award is funded by the Darien Football Golf Tournament.

In order to be eligible for the scholarship, you must have accomplished all of the following prerequisites:

Participated in football for at least one year while at DHS.
Graduate of DHS class of 2026.
Plan to attend a qualifying school beginning in the summer or fall of 2026 (a qualifying school for purposes of this application will mean any two year or four year accredited college, trade or technical school or a college preparatory school).
