SONW2 - Secrets of Natural Walking - 1st & 2nd March, 2025 - 9:30am - 5:30pm New York Time

Instructor: Martha Luz Atkinson (Taluza). Pre-requiites: 2 times SONW1 + Open Heart Workshop Level 2/ SONH 2/ Any two of Mini Series 3a, 3b or 3c, OR Spiritual Retreat (for RT path) + SONW Intensive Workshop OR SONW Center 3x/week for 1 month (log book to be submitted), OR Heart & Health Retreat (based on SONW, not the ones before 2014). + Have practiced at least 1 hour/day at least 2 months before the workshop.
