  • We are currently only taking applications. You will receive a card in the mail 2-3 weeks before the next semester starts with the date and time of the next interview. Please make sure you notify us if your address changes

    Applications that have not been filled out as listed below will not be accepted!

    1. Present Drivers License and Social Security Card.

    4. Interview Questions Answer all questions. Sign and Fill in date. (If you were referred by someone, write their name down
    5. Selective Service System Registration Form Fill out ENTIRE form CLEARLY and sign.

  • I, the undersigned, understand that my approval as an Apprentice shall be in accordance with the written Iron Workers Apprenticeship and Training Standards. I understand that it is not always possible to immediately obtain employment as an Apprentice. I agree to abide by the decision of person or persons responsible for the conduct of the Iron Workers Apprenticeship and Training Program.

  • Dues Agreement

    Probationary member's dues are $41.00 a month, due on the 1st of the month. Payments must be made no later than the 30th of the same month to remain in Good Standing.

    Probationary members must also pay the $100.00 initiation fee within the first 30 days of employment.

     

    Employment Requirements

    Jobs provided for the members are all over the D/FW area. You MUST have reliable

    You must pass a drug test to be enrolled in the IMPACT system and be eligible to go to work. Failure to pass a drug test will make you ineligible for work. You will have to complete a drug treatment program before being allowed to reapply. All Probationary members must attend a 16-hour orientation class before they can be sent to work.

    Probationary Journeyman will be required to take classes for OSHA 30, Subpart R, Crane Signaling, and Rigging the first time they are offered by Local 263 in order to become a Journeyman
