  • This registration form may be used to apply for or to renew your membership of the Westmorland Croquet Club for the 2026 season.  Please complete the appropriate fields, noting that those marked with an asterix (*) are required, and then click the Submit button at the end of the form.

    Joint membership is no longer available - Each member is required to fill out a separate form.

    If you would prefer, print off a copy of this form by scrolling to the bottom of the form and clicking the Print Form button and then complete the form manually and post it to the club Secretary.  Payment may be made by either cheque, payable to Westmorland Croquet Club, or by electronic funds transfer.

     

    Note from Norman Winter, Club Competitions Manager:

    Past years have seen a good level of participation in club competitions, and the same competitions will be offered for the coming season. In addition day competitions will also be organised, and details will be advertised once dates are arranged. I do encourage all members to take part in our club competitions. For those who do not play in our club teams against other clubs, it does offer you the opportunity to play matches in a proper handicap format, and to record your performance on your handicap card. Competitions also bring you into contact with other club members who you might not meet and play against otherwise.

    To comply with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations we need your consent to enable us to store and distribute your personal data.  We would like to hold your personal data on file so that we can contact you from time to time on matters relating to your membership of the Club and to circulate your personal contact details comprising your email address and your contact telephone number(s) to other members of Westmorland Croquet Club so that they may also contact you on matters relating to the affairs of the club. Your data will be held securely and will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to any other person or organisation without your prior approval and any consent you give may be withdrawn at any time by indicating your wish, in writing, to the club Secretary who will take the appropriate action as soon as is reasonably practicable.

  • Individual membership of the Croquet Association

    All members of croquet clubs that are members of the Croquet Association (CA) are eligible to become individual members of the CA at no additional cost although this is not compulsory.

    To become an individual member of the CA we will need to pass on to the CA your name and contact details for inclusion in their private records.

    This information will be kept secure and will only be visible on the club database if you approve below.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    If you are applying to be a new new member of the club and wish to be a member of the CA you will receive the Croquet Gazette in paper form for your first year of membership. If you are renewing your membership you will no longer get the Gazette by post but will have on line access. If you would like to continue to receive by post you will need to arrange a subscription with the CA
