Stage City - Essential Companion Registration

At Stage City, we are committed to making our events as accessible as possible, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the best live entertainment experiences. We strive to provide an inclusive environment and offer tailored support to meet the needs of all our customers. Whether it's accessible seating, companion tickets, or additional assistance, we’re here to help make your visit seamless and enjoyable.

To access a free Essential Companion ticket, evidence of eligibility must be submitted before booking. Unfortunately, we are unable to retrospectively refund or apply the scheme to existing bookings, so please ensure the required documentation is provided in advance.

This scheme is available exclusively to disabled customers who require an Essential Companion, and eligibility evidence is required to maintain fairness and prevent misuse. Any attempt to abuse the scheme will result in the cancellation of tickets without refund.

Once your evidence has been submitted and approved, you can access free Essential Companion tickets online by logging into your account or by phone. This eligibility will remain valid for one year.

We accept the following as supporting documentation:

PIP (Personal Independence Payment)
DLA (Disability Living Allowance)
A letter from a medical professional, such as a doctor’s note or a letter from an occupational therapist
Carer's Allowance documentation
A Nimbus Access Card with the +1 symbol (visit the Access Card page for more details)
Written confirmation from Social Services stating the individual is on the Deaf Register, or a letter/report from an audiologist confirming hearing loss of 70-95 dBHL or worse
War Pensions Mobility Allowance
A Blind or Partially Sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate)
A personal letter from a GP, community nurse, or social worker
Benefit award letters
A copy of a Blue Badge (both sides required)
