Allure Beauty Bar, a Black & women-owned salon in Penn Hills, is seeking talented licensed cosmetologists to join our growing team on a part-time basis.
POSITION DETAILS:
- Part-time: 3-4 days per week
- Flexible scheduling
- Commission-based: 70/30 split (YOU keep 70%)
- All hair specialties welcome
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Provide exceptional hair services to diverse clientele
- Build and maintain your client base
- Maintain clean, professional work station
- Contribute to positive team environment
- Follow salon policies and health/safety regulations
WHAT WE OFFER:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Pennsylvania Cosmetology License (required)
- 1+ years experience preferred (new graduates considered)
- Professional, reliable, punctual
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player mentality
- Specialty in one or more: protective styles, natural hair, color, cuts, extensions, wigs, or lashes
COMPENSATION:
Based on 70% commission structure:
- Junior stylists: $3,000-5,000/month (part-time)
- Experienced stylists: $5,000-8,000/month (part-time)
