1. I hereby affirm that all information provided above is accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief.
2. The actions and practices of each vendor/exhibitor reflect on the Mississippi Market. Therefore, I agree to the following guidelines, including, but not limited to:
3. NO CASH-AND-CARRY SALES. This is an order only show.
4. Order terms are left to the discretion of the Exhibitor/Vendor. We recommend you establish a minimum order to encourage wholesaling. This will ensure that you receive true wholesale orders. It will also enable your new customers to have a sufficient supply of your product to create a display in their stores.
5. Exhibitors are expected to honor agreements made during the Show.
6. Accurate forecasting of shipping dates and production abilities should be provided.
7. Dismantling of booths is NOT to begin before 4 p.m. on Friday, June 6th.
8. Booth Payment Policy:
- Full Booth Payments are Due 60 days prior to the Show Date of June 5, 2025.
- You will receive an invoice for payment after your registration form has been received and approved.
- Booth assignments will be made on first paid, first placed basis.
9. Booth Cancellation Policy:
- A refund minus a $100 cancellation fee will be made to any vendor who cancels before May 1, 2025.
- There will be no refund for cancellations after May 1, 2025, but 50% of the booth payment may be rolled forward to a future show.
10. The Mississippi Market Wholesale Show strives to create a successful environment for each Exhibitor to have a very successful and lucrative show. We have an extensive Promotional Plan in place. We will also provide each Exhibitor with graphics to email their individual buyers and place on their social media pages to promote the event.
