Promotion Tickets

Each student is allowed up to three (3) complimentary tickets to the promotion ceremony on Wednesday, June 11th. Additional tickets will have a suggested donation of $5 per ticket. Please indicate below how many total tickets your family will need (including the 3 free tickets) so that we can determine how many extra tickets we have available. Please note that 8th grade students do not need a ticket - tickets are for family/friends that are attending the ceremony in the audience.

Great America Tickets

The Great America trip is an annual trip for the 8th grade students. Students will be bussed to and from Great America and supervised by Bowditch 8th grade teachers on Friday, June 6th. No parent chaperones are needed.  The cost of each Great America ticket will be $40 per student.  There are no transportation alternatives available, such as carpooling.  If your student has a season pass, he/she does not need to purchase a ticket. Students who do not attend the Great America trip will still have to go to school and alternate plans will be provided for them.

Promotion Celebration Party

A Promotion Celebration Party will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Wednesday, June 11th from 7pm-10pm. The party is hosted by the 8th Grade Promotion Committee. The party is for students only and is complimentary. Food, drinks, and fun activities will be provided.  Please RSVP below if your student plans to attend.

Direct Donation

All 8th Grade Promotion events and activities are paid for by fundraising events by the 8th Grade Promotion Committee. Bowditch Middle School does not contribute any money towards these celebrations. Suggested donation of $100 per student is requested to cover these costs, however, any contributions are greatly appreciated.
