Membership Freeze Terms:
- Access During Freeze: You can access any existing service credits or rolled-over credits (if applicable) during the freeze period, but no new credits will be issued, and your account will not be billed.
- Duration and Frequency: Memberships can be frozen for up to three (3) months at a time, with a minimum of two (1) freeze requests allowed per calendar year.
- Notice Period: Freezes must be requested at least 14 days prior to your next billing date.
- No Fee to Freeze: Freezing your membership is free of charge.
Billing Resumes Automatically: Billing will automatically resume on your regular billing date following the end of the freeze period unless otherwise requested.
Membership Cancellation Terms:
- Loss of Credits:
- By canceling your membership, you will lose access to any and all unused service credits or rollover credits on your account.
- All credits must be used before the effective cancellation date; otherwise, they will be forfeited.
- Reenrollment Policy:
- If you wish to rejoin in the future and the membership pricing has increased, you will be subject to the current pricing and any applicable sign-up fees at that time.
- Notice Period:
- Membership cancellations require a minimum of 30 days' notice and are subject to a final billing cycle. Cancellation requests will be processed at the end of the notice period, and the member will be billed for the last cycle before termination.
- Final Billing and Membership Termination:
- If your cancellation request is submitted within the 30-day notice period, one final billing cycle will occur, and membership benefits will remain available until the end of that cycle.
