SCW's post event survey is mandatory. Please take this into consideration when agreeing to the terms as it is a requirement for inclusion in the Festival.

I will complete the post event survey, including audience event numbers, within two weeks of receiving it.I will promote the event on my social media.I am responsible for the safety of the participants at my event and any insurance.I understand that images I supply will be used for marketing purposes related to SCW.Once the program is live, participants must advise SCW if any event details change such as times or event cancellation.All final event details must be supplied no later than 20 July.I have read the sustainability guide and will aim to deliver a sustainable event.
