Housekeeping* This field is required.- If sending meals or snacks to the studio, please send your dancer with home-packed health conscious foods. This keeps our studio clear of fast-food smells, excessive crumbs, and food-wrappers. - All dance bags should be stowed away in cubbies or on the dance bag shelves. Please leave the chairs and couches free and clear for guests to sit down. - Please label all uniforms, shoes, water bottles, and other personal belongings. The Movement does not accept any liability for your personal belongings. - There is no food, drink or gum allowed inside the studios. Water is permitted. - Dancers and guests are expected to pick up after themselves. - Please use the garbage can provided in the lobby for disposing of food items and other garbage. Do not throw these types of items away in the restroom trash cans. - Do not throw away dirty diapers in the building. Please use the dumpster across the parking lot for disposing diapers. - Smoking, drugs (whether legal or illegal) and pets are prohibited on The Movement premises.

Behavior & Honesty* This field is required.- Parents and guests will not enter the studios or open the studio doors while class is in session to interrupt an Instructor's class. Please trust that our Instructors have got everything under control, and allow our staff to manage their dancers, and do not enter the classroom or pop your head in without an invitation. -All students and guests will be friendly, warm, welcoming, respectful, kind, and helpful to all staff, the other dancers, and guests at the studio. We encourage dancers to establish new friendships with their peers in their classes, and we enforce teamwork and fairness. - Dancers, parents and guests will always receive respectful communication and language from our staff through email, text, verbal conversation and all other channels. The Movement expects the same reciprocation in all aspects of our relationship and will not entertain ill-mannered emails or messages. - All students and guests who are observing class whether it be for injury or interest are expected to be courteous and quiet, out of respect to the dancers, Instructors and Assistants. - Absolutely NO profanity, foul language, disrespectful tone or language, or derogatory and accusatory statements will be tolerated. The student, guest, or family member using profane language will be asked to leave immediately. - All students will give their undivided attention to their Instructor while class is in session and work on the tasks given to the best of your ability. Do not disrupt class with talking or laziness or you may be removed from the class as you will become a distraction to others. - All students will adhere to the respective dress-code. Summer Dance Camp dancers will be emailed the dress code for their chosen camps in the Spring.

Payment Policies & Expectations* This field is required.- All summer camp registrations require a non-refundable deposit per camp. This deposit secures the dancer’s spot and is applied toward the total camp tuition. - The remaining balance will be automatically charged on June 1st to the card provided at registration. Parents/guardians must ensure payment information is current and up to date before this date. - Deposits and camp tuition are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a dancer withdraws from camp for any reason, no refunds or credits will be issued. - Late or failed payments must be resolved immediately. If a card is declined or a payment fails, the studio will contact the parent/guardian for an updated payment method. Failure to make payment may result in the dancer losing their camp placement. - The Movement Dance Experience is not responsible for missed camps. Refunds or credits will not be given for any absences due to illness, vacations, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons. - By enrolling in Summer Dance Camps, parents/guardians agree to the auto-debit terms. If there are any changes to the card on file, they must be updated before June 1st to avoid failed transactions. - Any questions or concerns regarding payments must be addressed respectfully. The Movement Dance Experience will not engage in aggressive or combative communication regarding financial policies. All inquiries must be handled professionally via email or in-person discussions with studio staff. - Payment policies are final, and enrollment in Summer Dance Camps signifies agreement to these terms.

Questions & Concerns* This field is required.- We have a small studio and will not handle concerns or conflict at the front desk or in-person at the studio. This is a safe place for children to learn, express themselves, and always enjoy a calm and welcoming atmosphere. We are, first and foremost, here to teach children and bring them joy. - Please direct all accounts, billing, questions, and concerns to TMDEinfo@gmail.com. Please refrain from directing questions to Instructors before, during, or after classes. Our instructors are hired to educate our dancers, and the front desk staff is specifically hired and fully equipped to answer most of your questions, or request the answers for you from management. Should your concern or issue warrant our attention, you will be provided a Parent Concern Form which will allow us to triage your issue further. - When approaching the front desk with a concern, you will be redirected to fill out a concern form. Management will assess your situation and will then work to solidify a resolution to your request in one weeks-time. This allows us to triage concerns and resolve the issues in the best way possible. We aim to collaborate to come to a resolution; however, all resolutions must fall within The Movement's Policies, Guidelines, Performance Expectations, and the greater good of all members at our studio. Policy is not made to be broken and our policies are kept in place to protect all parties. -Should an online meeting be scheduled with your dancer’s Instructor, all parties involved should respect the schedule. Please do not email more information or probe for recognition before the scheduled meeting. Meetings are scheduled outside of studio hours. You will be notified of your meeting time if that option is available to you. - If you do not respect this process, your studio membership risks being terminated without refund. The process is in place to protect our students’ happiness, safety, and environment. Again, we are here to teach children and bring them joy, and there will never be an instance where something is more urgent that it supersedes this mission.

Confidentiality* This field is required.- The Movement will never discuss your dancer and their dance journey, your personal information, or details regarding our business client relationship with anyone other than the account holder and the dancer. - The Movement prides ourselves on customer confidentiality. Please do not bring forth a concern to other parents or families in the lobby during class or a break in the schedule, or even outside of the studio. Do not impose your opinions on others as they may be content with our services, you may make them uncomfortable with your imposition, and doing so breaches customer confidentiality and our Student and Parent Code of Conduct. - Your pricing is considered a mutual agreement that will remain confidential with members and non-members as our pricing fluctuates with economic changes. If you are found to be giving out your personal pricing information, your membership at the present agreed upon rate will be terminated, and you may reinstate your membership at the current rate should you choose.

Studio Communications* This field is required.- The Movement communicates primarily by email based on the email you provide the studio. Monthly newsletters are sent by email and reminders may also be sent by email. If you are NOT receiving our emails, please check your spam for an email from tmdeinfo@gmail.com and then contact our front desk. Please note that if you UNSUBSCRIBE to our email service, we cannot add you back to our email list. Please send us an email to TMDEinfo@gmail.com to walk through the process to resubscribe to DSP and MailChimp. We do not send individual emails through our Gmail client. If you unsubscribe, you will be missing all important communication regarding your dancer’s participation. - As a member at The Movement, you are opting in to receive text messages from the studio regarding your dancer, future events, emergency notices, and more. - It is the parents/account holder responsibility to keep informed of all policies and deadlines to include payment due dates and more. All members are expected to read and comply with the studio policies, procedures, newsletters, recital information, and more, available via e-mail, our website, at the studio, and through social media. Our website is www.TheMovementDanceExperience.com - As a reminder, we are, first and foremost, here to teach children and bring joy. This is a safe place for children to learn, express themselves, and always enjoy a calm and welcoming atmosphere. Studio communication is two-fold. Both parties are expected and responsible for disseminating information, processing the information, and moving forward in a respectable manner. Any behavior, whether in person or in email, that does not fall between these guidelines will cause automatic termination of your studio membership without refund. - We use email tracking services to ensure the delivery of all our communications to our parents. If you fail to read these communications, and further cause conflict with our staff due to your lack of planning, understand this does not constitute an emergency on our part. - Our phone number is 702-982-3425. Liability & Photo Release* This field is required.- I understand that there are risks of physical injury or illness associated with, arising out of, and inherent to the activity of dance or group activity. In recognition of this acknowledged risk of injury or illness, including but not limited to COVID, influenza, pneumonia, etc. I knowingly and voluntarily waive all right and/or causes of action of any kind, including all claims of negligence arising as a result of such activity from which liability could accrue to The Movement Dance Experience (“The Movement”), its officers, agents, employees, instructors, volunteers, assistants, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and all affiliated entities. I grant permission for the staff of The Movement to take first aid or emergency measures as judged necessary for the care and protection of my child while under the supervision of the Studio. In case of medical emergency, I understand that my child will be transported to an appropriate medical facility by the local emergency unit for treatment if the emergency unit deems it necessary. I understand that in some medical situations the staff will need to contact the emergency resource before the child’s parent, physician, and or other person acting on the parent’s behalf. I also understand and agree that the child’s parents or legal guardians shall be responsible for any other emergency medical expenses incurred. I hereby agree to release The Movement and hold The Movement harmless of all liability, and hereby acknowledge that I knowingly and voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks of physical injury or illness arising out of active participation in dance or group activities on behalf of the participant. - I understand I will be held liable for any damages over $50 to Studio property, other dancers, staff, to the structure of the building, and equipment. - I am aware that this is a release of liability and an acknowledgement of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness. I have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will in exchange for the privilege of participation. If I am a minor, my parent, and/or legal guardian has also signed this document releasing The Movement from any and all such liability described above and has acknowledged that I am knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks of injury or illness inherent to this activity. - I understand that by enrolling my student into The Movement Dance Experience, I give express permission for The Movement Dance Experience to photograph and use my child’s picture for marketing purposes, social media, print marketing inside and outside of the building, and recital/performance photography, headshots, etc. Your student’s name or personal information will never be disclosed unless communicated beforehand. The participant has my permission to participate in The Movement events and classes. I warrant the below information is complete and correct. I further release The Movement of all liabilities associated with my child’s attendance at The Movement.
