REGISTRATION FEES

All conference attendees (non-presenters) must register and pay the relevant fees. Please read the following carefully to choose the registration package that is most appropriate.

Registration is available for those attending one or all days of the conference.

Full Conference Pass: $130
- Includes attendance at all conference sessions, continental breakfasts and lunches, and Festival performances
One-Day Pass: $70
- Includes attendance at all conference sessions, continental breakfast and lunch for the day
- Does NOT include entrance to Festival performances

WITHDRAWAL/REFUND POLICY

You will receive a full refund if your request is received by 12 p.m. HST April April 19, 2025. Withdrawal requests are made by email (apdf@hawaii.edu) or phone (808-956-8246). Refunds for check payments will be refunded by check and mailed. Refunds for credit card payments will be credited to the account originally charged. Refunds may take up to 4-6 weeks to process.

OTHER COSTS

Please note that it is the responsibility of conference presenters and attendees to arrange their own accommodations and transportation; the Conference Registration fees do not include any of these costs.
