Welcome to the West Cook YMCA Competitive Swim Team for the 2025 Spring/Summer Long Course Season! This registration form is to participate in the swim season. Please note that Swimmers are required to be members of the West Cook YMCA as well as USA swimming to be a part of the Competitive Swim Team, this season registration form includes options to register for and sign up for needed memberships to finalize registration for the season.

Please note that there may be additional fees to engage in swim meets, fee will vary depending on type of meet and host team required fees. To participate in USA Swimming meets, a swimmer club membership will also be required.*

Season Fee Payment Options

You have several options to pay for season fees. Please choose the option below that best fits your needs.

Season Dates:

Full Season: April 14-August 1, 2025

Spring Only Season: April 14-June 6, 2025

Summer Only Season: June 9-August 1, 2025

2025 Spring/Summer Competitive Swim Team Fees Per Athlete

How would you like to pay your athlete(s)' fees for the 2024 Spring/Summer Competitive Swim Team Season?*

Pay in Full: today for the full season, spring only, or summer only season. Payment will be collected on the next page.Payment Plan: I would like to pay 50% today for the Full Season (payment will be collected on the next page) and schedule the remaining 50% on June 6, 2025 using the card I have on file.I would like to pay in full for my athlete(s) fees on April 1, 2025 using the card I have on file for Full Season or Spring Only SeasonI would like to pay in full for my athlete(s) fees on June 6, 2025 using the card I have on file for the Summer Only SeasonI am interested in a different payment plan. Alternative Payment Plan Request: Please provide the alternative payment plan you are requesting by including the amount and payment dates. If approved, you will receive an email confirmation and all payments will be scheduled using the card you have on file. All payments must be made by July 15th with the first payment being made by the first date of the season. For example, "I would like to make monthly payments on the 15th of the month from April-July."
